Proof of Work

Don’t take the catalog’s word for it. Seven real client builds are below. Three run live on this page — drive them in your browser — and four come straight from the field.

Live demo · Polaris “Tough Doesn’t Quit”

A 6.1 GB Unity kiosk,
rebuilt as a webpage

This ran as a Unity build on dedicated Windows hardware with licensed playback plugins. The unit on the right is that experience rebuilt as a plain webpage — and it’s live. Swipe the rows, tap a tile, walk away and the attract loop takes over.

Live demo · Music Trivia Leaderboard

The leaderboard that
keeps a midway loud

At CMA Fest, guests played Equinox Music Trivia on booth tablets and their scores hit this arcade board seconds later — names typing in retro-style, standings reshuffling in front of the crowd. This unit is the real leaderboard screen from that build, fed by simulated score submissions so you can watch it work.

The Wild Card concept: fans scan a QR at the ballpark, build a team-colored dedication sign, and it lands on the stadium video board. Both halves are running below — build a sign on the phone and watch it hit the board with a “Just Added” tag. No PII collected; names run through a live moderation filter.

Case study · Ally ACC Women’s Tournament

One card.
Every activation.

At the 2026 Ally ACC Women’s Basketball Tournament, guests registered once and walked away with a branded Ally card built like a credit card. Every station on the floor read it: the trophy photo op pulled their favorite team and branded the shot automatically, Pop-A-Shot put their name straight onto a live top-10 leaderboard, and the prize station already knew how much they’d played. Nobody typed their info twice — it followed them, from the first scan to the prize table.

Case study · UScellular “US Mode” · Summerfest

A 15-foot boombox.
648,112 presses.

At Summerfest, “US Mode” asked festivalgoers to do one thing: put the phone down — literally, into a slot on the podium. That started 45 seconds on a wall of 40 backlit buttons: blue for healthy digital habits, points up; red for distractions, points down, with a giant radio-dial screen scoring every press live. Pivot engineered the whole game to run on local hardware — Raspberry Pi driving the buttons and lighting — so it never waited on festival internet, and it reset in under ten seconds to keep the line moving all day. Scores turned into prizes on the spot.

Case study · USGA × 160over90 · U.S. Open Championships

20,000 swings.
One trip across America.

With the U.S. Women’s and Men’s Opens held on opposite coasts, Pivot partnered with 160over90 and the USGA to connect them: the Cross Country Scramble. Golf simulators traveled to events across the country, and every swing’s distance — entered on tablets at each stop — pushed one shared ball further along a journey across America. Each leg rendered the region the ball was passing through, from boardwalk piers to desert rock, so players always hit from wherever the country’s ball had reached. Crossing coast to coast took more than 20,000 swings.

Case study · Shaq-A-Licious · ComplexCon

30 seconds of hoops.
Sneakers on the line.

To launch Shaq-A-Licious XL Gummies at ComplexCon, guests got 30 seconds to sink as many baskets as they could. Pivot’s software scored every run, dropped each player into that hour’s drawing for a pair of Shaq sneakers, and texted winners automatically at the top of every hour — with a hand-painted artist pair going to the day’s top score at close. Everyone else got a follow-up text daring them to come back and beat their number, and those replays kept pulling traffic back into the brand’s footprint all convention long.

Platform & Connectivity

The unglamorous layer that makes the glamorous parts reliable. One identity system underneath every touchpoint — so the data you promised the client actually shows up.

PLAT·01

Event Internet

Rented by the event, deployed by our crew. Starlink units put full-bandwidth internet anywhere outdoors — a parking lot, a ski slope, a fairground — and for footprints that need extra coverage, we run redundant Wi-Fi systems with live backups. The activation never waits on venue internet.

One registration.
Every activation.

Run registration Pivot’s way or your client’s way. Our own API-driven registration interface can power the whole footprint — or every product in this catalog ties into the platform your client already runs. Either way, guests are identified once and everything Pivot builds recognises them from there: no retyping, no second sign-up. And after load-out, Pivot follows up on data compliance for your client — retention, deletion, and hand-off handled to their standards.

Capture Systems

Six capture systems, one standard: broadcast-quality output, full custom wraps, and uptime your producers can count on. The same platform that runs the games and the data runs every one of these — and every unit ships event-ready with Pivot staff on site.

Mosaics

Every guest photo becomes one tile of something much bigger. Captures from every system feed a growing brand image all event long — on screens as a live reveal, or printed and placed by hand on a physical wall — and the finished piece belongs to your client when the crowd goes home.

AI Enhancements

A software layer that works on every capture system in the line. Swap the world behind your guests, restyle them entirely, or set the whole frame in motion — rendered in seconds, on site.

AI image regeneration example

AI Image Regeneration

A guest’s photo becomes the input to a full prompt — they’re regenerated inside a brand-built scene, like this gridiron hero moment.

The same regeneration engine, art-directed to a theme. At CMA Fest, guests stepped out of the booth in full “Western Glam.”

ENH·03

AI Head Swap

The guest’s face on a pre-approved branded body and scene — team kits, black tie, race suits — every logo, seam, and sponsor mark 100% on point.

ENH·04

AI Background Removal

The subjects stay exactly as shot — lifted from the booth and placed naturally into the scene, edges and all, like this GM EV street scene.

ENH·05

Personalized Signage

Background removal with a personal touch — guests type their name and it renders into the scene, like this family’s neon marquee at CMA Fest.

ENH·06

AI Walk-Out Video

A guest photo and an AI prompt become a custom walk-out video — the guest striding onto the field as the hero of game day.

Why Pivot

Most of what goes wrong on an activation happens in the gaps between vendors. We removed the gaps.

One vendor, no seams

We build the hardware and write the software that runs on it. When something needs to change on site, the person who made it is standing there — nothing gets blamed on an integration.

We bring the internet

A Starlink rental fleet and redundant Wi-Fi with live failover, deployed by our crew. Parking lot, ski slope, fairground — the activation never waits on venue IT.

Registration, either way

Use Pivot’s own registration interface, or we tie straight into the platform your client already runs. Guests are identified once and everything on the floor recognises them — and we follow up on data compliance for your client, so guest data is handled to their standards from capture through deletion.

Support that never clocks out

Designed, fabricated, wrapped, and run by Pivot. Our techs are on site with the build — and when they’re not, remote tech support has your back 24/7.
